The White Cat

Drury Lane, 1904

The only failure of Arthur Collins, the manager of the Drury Lane Theatre in a career of highly successful pantomimes. The title was regularly seen during the Victorian age. Collins presented this pantomime the year after the deaths of Dan Leno and Herbert Campbell. The plot derives from a fairytale by Madame d'Aulnoy in the 17th Century.
